Welcome to this, the first blog of many.
This period of lockdown can be viewed in 2 ways:
“It’s a disaster and I’m going to lose my business” or “well this is an opportunity not to miss”.
I made the decision to take this as an opportunity and to make the most of the extra time and develop new skills, utilising the existing skills I already have.
So you are about to witness the birth of a new blog and a new website. Packed with an eclectic mix of topics that encompass everything I have been up to for the past 63 years.
So lets jump on the roller coaster, and let’s career off down the rails (and sometimes off the rails) on a journey into the Martial Arts, NLP, Meditation and even Performance Skills. There’s going to be something for everyone and the thread that runs through it is Communication.
It’s always been my passion to be able to communicate effectively and persuasively and to help others to do the same. Its been my purpose in life to teach and perform and I want to share some of the secrets with you. If you are a student you will learn about Muay Thai, Weapons (in all of their various forms), Real Effective Self Protection , Meditation to calm the mind and NLP to help you change your mind and keep the changes.
My journey started when I was 12 and the older I get the more I learn. My hope is that you will learn something from me whether you are a martial artist, entrepreneur, actor, comedian or student.
